  • Create a comprehensive project timeline (noting key due dates for art production, retail advertising, manufacturing, etc.
  • Write, distribute and track national press releases (to over 100,000 contacts, industry analysts and freelance journalists)
  • Coordinate and monitor regional/national public relations campaign – Provide monthly status reports
  • Coordinate tour press
  • Submit music for promotional compilation cd packages (NUTRAXX, PANDORA, HIT DISC, etc)
  • Coordinate industry mailings
  • Community outreach – Identify artist/label charitable causes to promote artist/label-based initiatives
